Ramzy Megally
Ramzy Megally began his career in the finance sector working on Wall Street as a Stock Broker, while working on Wall Street he successfully obtained his Series 7 and Series 63. Mr. Megally began attended New York University with a scholarship in search of his Bachelor’s degree as a Pre-Med student but changed course to business and MIS, to which he later successfully obtained from George Mason University.
Mr. Megally transitioned from the NY area to the Metro DC area where his sales and business acumen introduced him to the IT sector in Silicon Valley of the East, where he continued his sales career and reached many milestones and sales awards for over 4 years.
He worked for VistaRMS from 1999 to 2003, where he gained most of his experience to develop business in a disciplined approach bearing results. He was also recognized for multiple profit awards for four months in a row along with Rookie of the year. He then moved on to consult to many fortune 500 companies to include but not limited to AOL, Dyncorp, SAIC, and Capital One. He gained a plethora of experience for both the federal and commercial sectors in both advising and supporting large size government contracts in the DOD and Intelligence space as it pertains to Information Technology. Both Government and Commercial exposure allowed him the ability to relate and succeed on two varied terrains. He then supported high-level intelligence contracts via TekMasters and built a recruiting system that has catapulted GDIT to another level while growing the TekMasters’ practice.
Today Ramzy enjoys the daily challenges that come with supporting and growing TekMasters year after year. He currently focuses on strategic development via alliances along with direction and vision on a quarterly and annual basis. He is has been with the company since 2002.

Julie Haryono
Julie Haryono is the Business Development Manager for Tekmasters. She has also worked for American Income, Nationwide Insurance, and Advantage Sales and Marketing, where her jobs have included business development, consulting, marketing, and networking.
In her current role she establishes new relationships with clients, prospects, and manages accounts. Julie Haryono’s main duties are booking appointments, dealing with contracts, and meeting with clients face to face. These duties combine with her special training in public speaking and event planning.
She has successfully planned and coordinated multiple music concerts, programs, and given motivational speeches to young adults. When not working she enjoys singing, playing the piano, songwriting, and learning new languages.

Jason Hudak
Jason came to TekMasters from General Dynamics Information Technology where he provided full life cycle recruitment in support of National and Defense Intelligence Solutions. Jason currently runs a full desk which includes business development, account management, and recruiting. This approach allows Jason to identify and understand the critical issues and needs that companies face on a daily basis and in turn deliver proven results that provide immediate value.
Jason’s technical background includes experience stemming from the United States Marine Corps, and larger government system integrators such as General Dynamics where he performed Network and System Engineering responsibilities for Government telecommunication systems including design, operation, and maintenance supporting both the DoD and other federal agencies.
Jason has leveraged this unique combination of recruiting, account management, and engineering from his background to help build companies and impact careers. Jason prides himself on the ability to source the hard to find, uncover untapped talent, and match them up to a life enhancing career.
With industry experience in Sales, IT, Telecommunications, and Intel/Defense, Jason brings an established network and wealth of experience to the team and has quickly become an immediate impact player in the recruitment industry. He is has been with the company since 2006.
