Our process is designed to produce quality results, quickly. Our search process is a full-service solution that separates us from resume mills and electronic job boards. We’ve developed and mastered a process that touches the heart of the matter – what clients need and what candidates desire.

Client Visits

It’s our goal at TekMasters to find you the highest quality talent in the most efficient manner. Acheiving the right fit between people and organizations requires personal attention, care, time, and energy. Every search we conduct is customized to the needs of our client, ensuring an ideal match for your organization. We achieve this by visiting our clients’ headquarters to meet key decision-makers and hiring managers.This provides us with important information about environments and expectations.

Dedicated Account Management

All of TekMaster’s clients receive dedicated project management, ensuring each client has one point of contact—regardless of the size or location of the project. Your representative monitors every stage of your project, from inception to delivery. Any contact is available on a 24-hour basis. In addition, we can provide very detailed status reports at any interval requested by a client. Our Account Managers are up-to-date on the status of a project at all times. For larger volume projects, TekMaster’s Director of Staffing Solutions will also be involved in resource allocation and coordination from the outset. Your Account Manager will conduct a quarterly review to discuss the status of the project and ways to improve and strengthen the business relationship.

Initiating a Staffing Request Process

Your dedicated Account Manager will always be available to you via telephone (office and cell phone).

When a client has a staffing need, they may send details to their assigned account manager’s email address, and receive verification that the request has been received within the hour.

  • Website via Client Portal

Clients can create an account and access/update their own unique profile via username and password. From there they can create new job orders, view existing job orders, review active submitted candidates and their respective interview workflow. They will be also be able to access information about their dedicated account manager.

Evaluating Our Candidates Before Presenting to the Client

  • In-Depth Phone Screening
  • Skills Assessment (including technical skills testing, if appropriate)
  • In-Person Interview (if located within reasonable distance to one of our offices). This may include abehavioral-based Interview should the client share with TekMasters the desired competencies.
  • Past Employment Verification – TekMasters shall verify at a minimum the last three years of employment and the prior two employers.
  • Professional Reference Check – TekMasters shall obtain a minimum of three professional references.

Evaluating Our “Contract Employees” Before Placing On-Site with Client

  • Criminal Background Check – candidates will have county/city or statewide repository records checked for felony convictions or guilty pleas covering all addresses over the past seven years.
  • Drug Testing – candidates are required to pass a five-panel drug test including amphetamines, cocaine, marijuana, opiates, and phencyclidine.
